Sangria Rosada Recipe

Summer is here! And nothing quite says summer like a nice refreshing Rose. We've taken it a step even further and created our very own Sangria Rosada Recipe. A perfect poolside drink for the long holiday weekend.


  • 1 750 ml bottle of Castrucci Wines Rose of Pinot Noir
  • 4 oz of brandy
  • 2 oz of maraschino liqueur
  • 3 oz of guava nectar (or juice)
  • 8 oz of chilled ginger ale
  • Ice
  • 8 orange wheels 
  • 8 maraschino cherries


In a pitcher, combine the wine, brandy, liqueur and guava nectar. Refrigerate until chilled. Stir well and pour into ice filled highball glasses. Top off each with 1 oz of ginger ale and garnish with an orange wheel and a cherry and ENJOY.
